The TRTY-series spring in any size withstands a maximum stroke of 60% and a maximum deflection of 60% of its free length. Therefore, a deflection of 50% of the free length will be ensured with consideration of the safety operating value of the spring (for the avoidance of impact resulting from contact loads).
The spring withstands one million times of endurance testing with the spring compressed and stretched repeated on the condition that the initial pressure is approximately 5% of the free length and the deflection is 50% of the free length
